If the ticket you have received was issued by the City of Charleston Police Department, you must pay the fine at Municipal Court. The court will provide you a copy of Form DL-53.

Municipal Court Overview
Criminal Court sessions are scheduled on Tuesday and Friday of each week starting at 8:30 a.m. Failure to appear in this court may result in a bench warrant for your arrest.

Parking Tickets
To contest your parking ticket, you must schedule a court appearance by contacting Parking Revenue Collections who administers adjudication of parking fines.
