Dock Street Theatre In June of 2007 the City of Charleston closed the Dock Street Theatre to begin a three year, multi-million dollar renovation project. Gaillard Municipal Auditorium The Gaillard Municipal Auditorium's theatre has a full stage and orchestra pit and seats 2,726. The 15,000 square foot Exhibition Hall can hold 1,000 for seated meal functions. There are also 4 meeting rooms which seat 50-100 each. Budget, Finance & Revenue Collections
